The company has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom you can contact regarding the protection of your personal data at the email address gdpr@mwtsolutions.eu or by mail at: ul. Your data is collected for the purposes of the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; Article 22(1) of the Labor Code of June 26, 1974, consolidated text in the Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108). Other personal data (e.g., your image) is processed based on your voluntary consent, which you have provided by submitting your recruitment application, and providing such data does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment process. Consent will also be the basis for processing in future recruitment processes if it has been given. After the recruitment process is completed, your data will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the controller to defend against potential claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 3. Your data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process, or for a maximum period during which claims may be made, i.e., 3 years after the recruitment process has ended. If processing is based on consent for participation in future recruitment processes, your data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn, but no longer than two years. 4. Authorized employees of the company and service providers used by the company (e.g., IT service providers) will have access to your personal data. 5. You have the right to access your personal data and to rectify, delete, or limit its processing. If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Furthermore, if your data is processed based on the legitimate interests of the controller, you have the right to object. 6. Providing personal data is mandatory and necessary for the recruitment process. 7. No automated decisions, including profiling, will be made based on your personal data. 8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
